The strap does not stick, had them on for about 10 mins and the strap was peeling off. If you're a cup E I would go for the smaller size as it was too big. Disappointed as they went straight in the bin.

I used the extreme lift stick on bra, and wow it really did work, the cup sizes are big so I'd size down but overall this product does exactly what it says! I can now wear the low cut backless dresses with out a boob job.... il use perky pear products all the time for this day forward.....

3 stars as i think the size is a little large which is also good as most adhesive bra's are tiny! So not the end of the world they are strong and gave me a rounded lifted cleavage

the straps are really strong and hidden well in my halterneck dress. great lift and support. I still prefer the original lift and shape tape as it molds to you more but getting both for different occasions is a must!
