3 stars as i think the size is a little large which is also good as most adhesive bra's are tiny! So not the end of the world they are strong and gave me a rounded lifted cleavage

great stick for an adhesive bra

the straps are really strong and hidden well in my halterneck dress. great lift and support. I still prefer the original lift and shape tape as it molds to you more but getting both for different occasions is a must!

great but too big

these are great give lift and are strong I am a 32 DD I could have sized down so if you are larger cup these are deffo big enough and give a strong hold

E cup and this is great for a reusable option

I have heavy boobs i usually get the lift and shape tape in a DD-E but wanted something for a date night 2 hour thing where I didn't want to waste the tape (I save the tape for the hard core dancing nights because its superrrr sweat proof) these are great for date nights though and the lift was amazing I would say they are generous on the sizing!
